Ainaloa Drive #2, Pahoa
Our second project on Ainaloa Drive! Ainaloa Drive is the back road of the subdivision but has forest as the backyard and preservation land. This parcel is closer to the entrance of the neighborhood and is right across the street from Lauhala Drive.
This parcel we bought from Japanese owners out of state and got in contact with the owners through a realtor looking to sell the property. Previously cleared we began the process.
