Lilikoi Drive, Pahoa

Lilikoi Drive is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a larger living square footage of 1500+ sqft and 2200+ sqft total.

This project we had some ongoing problems that we had to solve to get this done. The larger sqft is nice for the buyer and even features a larger hallway on the floor plan. A more custom home with neutral and safe black and white colors for any buyer. Many homes in Ainaloa are near the 1200 sqft living area. So this is quite a bit larger with a vaulted ceiling and bigger kitchen and living room area.
