For this project we partnered with R&B Home Solutions and bought 4 parcels of land in Ainaloa. This 3 bedroom 2 and a 1/2 bathroom house started on July 1st, the concrete got poured on July 13th and the home was framed in 4 days with the roof on in one day. This floor plan we use is a little more detailed with 9 foot ceilings and a half bathroom in the garage area which normally isn’t available in other common floor plans. This is a 1776 total sqft home at 1276 living. After concrete is poured this home can be turnkey finished in 8-12 weeks.
